Uberização do Trabalho Docente

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as formas de precarização do trabalho docente (uberização), sob a lógica do neoliberalismo. Quanto à metodologia, este artigo caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa bibliográfica a partir de uma revisão de literatura com uma abordagem qualitativa. Como resultado final, constatamos que a uberização do trabalho docente está atrelada aos princípios de um mercado neoliberal, tirando do professor os seus direitos de trabalho. Isso é realizado por uma lógica de mercado que demonstra a todo tempo que o exercício docente pode ser substituído por uma formação aligeirada ou pela contratação de plataformas digitais, trocando, então, o trabalho docente pelos lucros do mercado.
