Abstract

O presente artigo trata do financiamento sindical, notadamente após a vigência da Lei n. 13.467/2017, que tornou facultativa a contribuição sindical, abordando a temática da liberdade sindical e a possibilidade de cobrança de contribuições de trabalhadores não sindicalizados.
