Productividad Versus Género

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como abordaje principal la situación que se lleva a cabo ante la productividad laboral y su relación con el género de la persona. Para ello se tuvo como objetivo general: Analizar la Productividad del empleado o empleada según el Género; y como objetivos específicos: Establecer el incremento de la productividad según el género en la administración pública y privada de la ciudad de Encarnación. De igual manera se buscó determinar los beneficios de la igualdad de género para la productividad, y por último; Identificar los beneficios de un buen Clima Organizacional. La metodología utilizada para la investigación fue un enfoque mixto y nivel analítico; para recolectar los datos se realizó una encuesta a estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas de la Universidad Nacional de Itapúa (UNI). Finalmente, como conclusión de la investigación se resalta que la productividad guarda una relación necesaria y efectiva con el género, y que es necesario su aplicabilidad para lograr un mundo más equitativo y justo.
