Abstract

El aumento de alteraciones inmunológicas en la primera infancia asociadas a cambios en la microbiota intestinal constituye un problema relevante en salud pública, particularmente por la influencia de factores como el uso temprano de antibióticos, el nacimiento por cesárea y prácticas alimentarias inadecuadas. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la relación entre la disbiosis intestinal y la maduración inmunológica en la primera infancia, considerando factores perinatales, nutricionales y ambientales. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo de alcance explicativo, con diseño no experimental de corte transversal, basado en el análisis de información secundaria proveniente de organismos oficiales nacionales e internacionales, aplicando correlación de Pearson, regresión lineal múltiple y análisis de varianza. Los resultados evidenciaron que la exposición a antibióticos se asocia con mayor disbiosis intestinal, mientras que la lactancia materna exclusiva presenta una relación inversa con alteraciones inmunológicas, además de observarse diferencias significativas según el tipo de alimentación, con mejores indicadores en niños con lactancia materna exclusiva. Estos hallazgos confirman que la microbiota intestinal desempeña un rol determinante en la regulación del sistema inmunológico, siendo modulada por factores modificables que inciden en la salud infantil, lo que justifica la implementación de estrategias orientadas a fortalecer la lactancia materna, optimizar el uso de antibióticos y mejorar las prácticas de cuidado temprano.
