Reactividad de Fármacos Combinados: Estudio Computacional DFT

Abstract

La aspirina, la hidroclorotiazida y el captopril son fármacos ampliamente utilizados para el tratamiento de enfermedades cardiovasculares, la principal causa de muerte en el mundo actual. Estos fármacos se administran generalmente en combinación, por lo que es importante analizar sus interacciones moleculares. Mediante cálculos computacionales basados en la Teoría Funcional de la Densidad (DFT), se han calculado índices globales y locales. Estos descriptores proporcionan información sobre la reactividad química de los fármacos aislados y combinados, objeto del presente estudio. Además, se identifican propiedades del sistema como la relación entre la unión fármaco-fármaco y su reactividad, y la relación entre los descriptores químicos y la energía de adsorción de los fármacos combinados. Los hallazgos ofrecen nuevas perspectivas para mejorar la administración de fármacos combinados, como las nuevas polipíldoras cardiovasculares.
