Probabilidad de Estados de Daño en Estructuras Utilizando Parámetros Dinámicos e Inferencia Bayesiana

Abstract

El monitoreo de la salud estructural es un tema de interés por el impacto sobre los programas de mantenimiento de infraestructura. Hay que considerar si hay o no daño, donde se localiza, su magnitud y la estimación de vida útil residual. La metodología implementada es proponer “escenarios de daños” en un modelo numérico del sistema, incluyendo incertidumbres en las características físicas mediante campos aleatorios. Para cada escenario de daños se realiza la estadística de las propiedades dinámicas, modos y frecuencias, sobre las variables aleatorias aplicando Monte Carlo. Registrada una medición aceleración-tiempo e identificados los parámetros dinámicos, con la estadística se calcula la probabilidad “a priori” de obtener esos parámetros dinámicos para cada escenario de daños. Aplicando inferencia bayesiana, se calcula la probabilidad “a posteriori” dada la medición registrada. El proceso se repite hasta convergencia. El resultado final indica qué probabilidad de ocurrencia tiene cada escenario de daños. Se aplica a un modelo de puente losa y se concluye que la mejor opción es utilizar el vector de frecuencias como parámetros dinámicos.
