A Influência do Tipo Psicológico no Desempenho Acadêmico no Ensino Superior Militar

Abstract

O artigo tem como objetivo divulgar a pesquisa que foi realizada com o intento de investigar a influência do tipo psicológico no desempenho acadêmico dos discentes em um estabelecimento de ensino superior militar. Os seguintes procedimentos metodológicos foram utilizados: inicialmente realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre os tipos psicológicos conforme formulado por C. G. Jung e Myer-Briggs, em seguida, uma pesquisa documental sobre o funcionamento do ensino superior na AMAN. Posteriormente, realizou-se a aplicação de um questionário, para levantamento do tipo psicológico e dados acadêmicos, após a aplicação de um inventário MBTI. O resultado sugeriu que o tipo psicológico influencia o desenvolvimento acadêmico e, ao mesmo tempo, auxilia a adaptação do discente ao ambiente de ensino e potencializa a aprendizagem. Como melhor desempenho acadêmico apareceu o tipo ESTJ, e no quadro geral o tipo com atitude extrovertida e a função sensação.
