Analisis Penerapan Crash Program Pada Proyek Konstruksi

Abstract

Salah satu kendala yang sering terjadi dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi adalah adanya keterlambatan. Dalam pelaksanaannya proyek konstruksi Rumah Sakit Pratama Banti di Kabupaten Mimika mengalami deviasi sebesar 11,97% pada minggu ke-7, dengan estimasi penyelesaian proyek mengalami keterlambatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Crash Program yang bertujuan untuk mengejar waktu pekerjaan proyek konstruksi sehingga dapat mempertahankan durasi awal proyek sesuai perencanaan. Penerapan crash program dilakukan pada tiga alternatif yakni, alternatif penambahan jam kerja (lembur), alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja, dan alternatif kombinasi dengan menambahkan dua alternatif sekaligus. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada pekerjaan struktur bangunan A proyek konstruksi Rumah Sakit Pratama Banti menghasilkan biaya optimum berasal dari alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja yang memiliki kenaikan harga 0% dan waktu yang terbaik menggunakan metode crash program yang berhasil mencapai 23,8% crash duration untuk mempertahankan durasi awal penyelesaian proyek dari alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja pada proyek konstruksi Rumah Sakit Pratama Banti Distrik Tembaga Pura Kabupaten Mimika
