ISOLASI SENYAWA METABOLIT SEKUNDER DARI EKSTRAK PETROLIUM ETER DAUN MALAPARI

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang isolasi senyawa metabolit sekunder ekstrak petrolium eter daun malapari (Pongamia pinata). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi senyawa metabolit sekunder ekstrak petrolium eter daun malapari (Pongamia pinata). Penelitian ini dimulai dengan preparasi sampel dan ekstraksi dilakukan dengan teknik maserasi menggunakan pelarut petrolium eter. Identifikasi golongan senyawa metabolit sekunder menggunakan uji fitokimia. Isolasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dilakukan dengan metode Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT) dan Kromatodrafi Lapis Tipis Preparatif (KLTP) dilanjutkan uji fitokimia terhadap setiap isolate yang dihasilkan. Hasil uji fitokimia menujukan positif pada uji terpenoid dan alkaloid. Hasil analisis UV-VIS, diduga adanya senyawa triterpenoid dan senyawa alkaloid.
