Abstract

In August 2010, a trial excavation was conducted on Zvi Yishay Street in Yehud, along the northeastern fringes of Tel Yehud (Permit No. A-5996; map ref. 189737-865/659895-952), prior to construction. The excavation, undertaken on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and financed by the A. Dori Company, was directed by O. Segal, with the assistance of R. Abu-Halaf (administration), M. Kunin and T. Kornfeld (surveying and drafting), A. Peretz (field photography), P. Gendelman (ceramics), M. Shuiskaya (pottery drawing), G. Bijovsky (numismatics) and A. Abukasis.
