Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por finalidade fazer uma descrição do Parque Nacional Serra da Capivara, levando em consideração as aspectos geológico, geomorfológico, hidrográfico, climático, relevo, fauna, vegetação, flora, paleofauna e paleoclima. Destarte, o Parque Nacional Serra da Capivara é um patrimônio cultural da humanidade e deve ser preservado e protegido como uma herança para as próximas gerações.
