Guía para la determinación de materia seca en aguacate Hass por secado en estufa convencional

Abstract

La guía presenta un protocolo técnico estandarizado para determinar el contenido de materia seca en aguacate Hass mediante secado en estufa convencional, con el fin de asegurar resultados confiables, comparables y trazables al Sistema Internacional de Unidades. Incluye definiciones clave, fundamentos conceptuales sobre la importancia de la materia seca como indicador de madurez de cosecha, y un procedimiento detallado que abarca el acondicionamiento de equipos, la preparación de la muestra, el secado controlado y el cálculo del porcentaje de materia seca. Además, establece criterios de repetibilidad, lineamientos para la evaluación de la incertidumbre de medición según la GUM, requisitos para la presentación de resultados conforme a ISO/IEC 17025 y orientaciones sobre trazabilidad metrológica y calibración de instrumentos, constituyéndose en una referencia técnica para laboratorios y entidades de acreditación.
