Abstract

RESUMEN Exponemos tres programas que hemos puesto en funcionamiento en el Hospital de Día de la Unidad de Salud Mental Infanto-Juvenil de Granada (USMIJ-HD), centrados en patologías específicas: Trastornos Generalizados del Desarrollo, Trastornos de la Conducta Alimentaria y Trastornos Disociales. Aunque la atención que se dispensa desde nuestro dispositivo incluye el régimen ambulatorio, en hospital de día y en hospitalización completa a la población desde los 0 a los 18 años, los programas que a continuación se detallan son los más consolidados en estos dos primeros años de funcionamiento del Hospital de Día. ABSTRACT We expose three programs that we have put in functioning in the Day hospital of the Unit of Mental Infanto-juvenile Health of Granada (USMIJ-HD), centred in patologías specific: Widespread Disorders of the Development, Disorders of the Food Conduct and Disorders Separate Them. Though the attention that dispensation from our device includes the ambulatory regime(diet), in day hospital and in hospitalization completes the population from the 0 at the age of 18, the programs that later are detailed are most consolidated in these first two years of functioning of the Day hospital.
