This feasibility study evaluates the viability of JAKIV Company, a start-up partnership planning to produce and market Ecoalily, an all-natural, eco-friendly facial scrub made from locally sourced ingredients including waterlily charcoal, aloe vera, honey, lemongrass extract, rosemary oil, vitamin E, and grapefruit seed extract. Positioned within the style & beauty market, Ecoalily targets youth and young professionals (predominantly females aged 18–35) in Laoag City and nationwide via company retail, selected partners, and e-commerce channels. The study presents demand estimates (total potential annual demand ≈132,398; projected actual annual demand 56,742), production and operations planning (16 batches/month; 3–3.5 hours per batch; 150g packaging), and a detailed cost structure. Projected monthly sales are ₱384,000 (38,400 units/year → ₱4,608,000 annual sales). Total first-year project cost excluding capital is ₱2,055,840; including capital is ₱2,560,570. Financial analysis yields projected net income and an ROI (reported) indicating strong profitability and a payback period of about two years. The company also frames a sustainability narrative: using invasive waterlily charcoal as an ingredient while supporting local suppliers. Quality control, waste disposal, labor requirements, and regulatory compliance (SEC, BIR, FDA, SSS/DOLE) are discussed. The study concludes that Ecoalily is technically and economically feasible with scalable production and market potential, provided marketing and distribution strategies are effectively executed.
