Liderazgo, personalismo y felicidad

Abstract

El liderazgo tiene la virtud de influir positivamente en las personas, por tanto, si logramos que el personalismo forme parte de la filosofía del líder, las organizaciones, las familias, los gobiernos serían más humanistas. No es medir el crecimiento de los pueblos y las empresas por la cantidad de productos y servicios que generan, las ventas o las cuotas de participación de mercado que posean, el objetivo es lograr que a las personas les vaya mejor. Un líder debe ser empático, amar incansablemente a sus seguidores, procurarlos, formarlos y sacar de ellos la mejor versión posible, no solamente en el ámbito laboral, también en lo personal y espiritual. El nuevo liderazgo debe estar basado en los valores, respetar la dignidad y los derechos fundamentales e inalienables de toda persona. Este artículo busca aportar qué sin liderazgos personalistas, las máquinas, la producción, los inventarios o los estados financieros seguirán siendo el principal indicador de éxito, mientras aquellas naciones y empresas que consideren a las personas como lo más importante y valioso; estarán obteniendo la principal ventaja competitiva.
