Abstract

intro_obj: En este trabajo los autores analizan el tratamiento de los defectos de la pared abdominal, mediante colgajos miocutáneos y mioaponeuróticos. Se presentan varios casos ejemplos. Establecen un orden de preferencia en la utilización de dichos colgajos, si bien consideran que el de recto anterior del abdomen es el idóneo, aconsejan la utilización preferente, a ser posible, de otros colgajos que, aunque de menos importancia cubran el área afectada, y de ésta forma poder preservar el recto anterior del abdomen, para ulteriores actuaciones.
