Abstract

Lehrpersonen sind selten in die Entwicklung von Konzepten der schulinternen Lehrerweiterbildung oder der Schulentwicklung eingebunden. Sie glauben auch nicht, dass entsprechende Aktivitäten einen Einfluss auf ihre berufliche Situation haben könnten. Dieses Ergebnis einer Untersuchung an sechs Zürcher Berufsfachschulen steht in einem diametralen Widerspruch zur Rhetorik der Bildungspolitik. Zu fordern sind eine bessere Ausbildung der Lehrpersonen im Bereich der schulischen Qualitätsentwicklung und die Einrichtung einer neutralen Beratungsstelle.
