Spinalni osteoartritis – prikaz slučaja

Abstract

Uvod: Osteoartritis je kronično, degenerativno i progresivno stanje obilježeno boli, ograničenim opsegom pokreta i smanjenim funkcionalnim sposobnostima, što može dovesti do onesposobljenosti i smanjene kvalitete života. Pravodobna i ciljana fizikalna terapija smanjuje potrebu za farmakološkim liječenjem i povećava funkcionalnu neovisnost osoba sa spinalnim osteoartritisom. Cilj rada bio je istražiti fizioterapijske modalitete liječenja spinalnog osteoartritisa te prikazati funkcionalni test elektrokineziološke analize kroz prikaz slučaja.Metode: Prikazan je slučaj spinalnog osteoartritisa i osteofitoze lumbalne i torakalne kralježnice. U radu su navedeni najčešće korišteni fizikalni čimbenici i preporučeni postupci terapije pokretom temeljeni na dostupnoj literaturi.Rezultati: Slučaj je praćen tijekom jedne godine, dok su elektrokineziološka mjerenja provedena u razdoblju od tri mjeseca. Zabilježeno je poboljšanje stanja i funkcionalnosti, no zbog prirode bolesti potrebno je dugoročno provođenje individualiziranog programa vježbi u kućnim uvjetima kako bi se onesposobljenost svela na najmanju moguću mjeru.Zaključak: Primijenjeni fizioterapijski postupci doveli su do poboljšanja općeg funkcionalnog statusa, pri čemu su najizraženije i najobjektivnije promjene zabilježene elektrokineziološkom analizom.
