This article analyzes female empowerment as a key to effective leadership, highlighting its importance in organizational diversity and business performance. A literature review was employed to identify barriers to empowerment, such as gender stereotypes and lack of opportunities. Results indicate that gender equality policies and mentorship programs are essential for fostering the development of women leaders. It concludes that female empowerment not only benefits women but also promotes a positive organizational culture and significant economic impact.
