Business Plan Planning and Management as a Tool for Buy and Sell Ventures – This research aims to propose a business plan that serves as a strategic tool for entrepreneurs dedicated to the purchase and sale of electronic goods in the district of Concepción, canton of La Unión, province of Cartago. The study was conducted using a mixed approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze both financial and operational aspects, as well as the perceptions and limitations of local entrepreneurs. Through surveys and interviews, the main weaknesses in administrative management, financial control, and inventory management were identified, which represent factors that affect the sustainability of ventures. The results show that, although there is theoretical knowledge about the importance of planning, a significant gap persists in the practical application of these tools. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen training in strategic planning and business management, as well as to promote technical support from educational institutions or entrepreneurship support programs within the community. Finally, the study contributes to the development of a proposal adaptable to local realities, which seeks to improve profitability, reduce risks, and promote the professionalization of the entrepreneurial sector.
