La migración de retorno mexicana, expectativas en la reinserción laboral urbana

Abstract

El presente ensayo tiene como objetivo analizar a los flujos migratorios de retorno de los mexicanos que se encontraban laborando en los Estados Unidos y que ahora en su regreso hacia su lugar de origen, intentan reinsertarse a la actividad laboral en contextos urbanos-metropolitanos. Ante esto, se analizará la migración de retorno desde la perspectiva teórica y su clasificación de las categorías analíticas de los que regresan a casa. Se identificará cómo se configura las condiciones laborales en sus espacios locales de donde partieron y sus expectativas del empleo. Por otra parte, los resultados se configuran en torno al mecanismo de la reinserción laboral de manera permanente y la intencionalidad de los gobiernos locales y sus políticas públicas para incorporarlos a la actividad económica en su lugar de retorno.
