The aim of this research is to know the level of iodine, NaCl and the level of water on the two brand of salt consumption. In this research the salt used was the two brands of salt consumption and the test was done by using volumetric method, argentometry, and termogravimetry. The result of the testing of iodine level on the two brands of the salt consumption was salt A was 77,5481 mg/kg and salt B was 49,1898 mg/kg. On the testing of NaCl, salt A was 95,308 % and salt B was 98,472 %, and on the testing of the level of water, salt A was 1,54 5% and salt B was 0,974 %. Based on the three parameter of salt consumption testing that had been done, all treatments qualified to the standard of SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) which is based on SNI 3556:2016 the minimum level of iodine was 30 mg/kg, the minimum level of NaCl was 94 % and the maximum level of water was 7 %.
