Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Aplikasi IBID Menggunakan Metode Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) PT IBID Balai Lelang Serasi Jakarta Timur

Abstract

PT IBID berdiri sejak tahun 2007 sebagai anak perusahaan PT Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) di bawah Grup Astra. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, perusahaan meluncurkan aplikasi IBID Balai Lelang yang memfasilitasi proses lelang kendaraan secara online, meliputi mobil, motor, dan unit lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kepuasan konsumen terhadap penggunaan aplikasi IBID Balai Lelang di Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada 46 responden. Lima indikator yang diukur mencakup metode pembayaran transaksi, kualitas produk, kecepatan pelayanan, kemudahan aplikasi, dan keramahan pelayanan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan rata-rata nilai CSAT sebesar 82,14% yang tergolong dalam kategori “sangat puas”. Indikator dengan skor tertinggi adalah kecepatan pelayanan (85,3%), sementara skor terendah terdapat pada kualitas produk (74,4%). Temuan ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan kualitas produk agar kepuasan konsumen dapat terus terjaga dan ditingkatkan.
