
Una niña de 13 años de edad, sin antecedentes de relevancia, que consulta al departamento de Dermatología Pediátrica, por presentar múltiples lesiones asintomáticas de 3 años de evolución. Inicialmente aparecieron a nivel del dorso de ambos pies, extendiéndose progresivamente a varias partes del cuerpo. Al interrogatorio, la madre no refiere antecedentes de enfermedades autoinmunes concomitantes, ni familiares. Al examen físico, se observaron múltiples placas queratóticas, de aspecto verrugoso, redondas, blanquecinas, ubicadas en dorso de ambas manos y cara lateral de pies, muñecas y rodillas, sin afectación del área genital (Foto 1 y 2). A 13-year-old female patient, with no relevant medical history, consulted the Pediatric Dermatology Department dueto multiple asymptomatic 3-year lesions. Initially, they appeared on the back of both feet, progressively spreading to several parts of the body. During the medical consultation, the mother did not report any previous concomitant autoimmune or familial diseases. Physical examination showed multiple wart-like, round and white keratotic plaques at the back of both hands and lateral side of the feet, wrists and knees. The genital area was not affected (Picture 1). Dermoscopy revealed pearly white lesions with inner marked follicular accentuation (Picture 2).
