O presente artigo objetiva analisar o direito ao esquecimento e as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC), a partir do caso Google versus ex-BBB Maria Helena Jurado Melillo, julgado pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo, no ano de 2016.
