The present research analyzes school violence in Colombia as a structural phenomenon linked to the social and historical violence of the country through a qualitative approach, supported by Participatory Action Research (IPA) at the INEM Carlos Arturo Torres school in Tunja (Boyacá), based on the philosophy of nonviolence mediated by Information and Communication Technologies (TIC´s), allowing the identification of actors, causes and consequences of violence and proposing educational intervention routes in the face of transformation. The results highlight that nonviolence, as an ethical praxis mediated with TIC´s tools, can promote the transformation of violent relationships, highlighting the need for a flexible and transversal curriculum that promotes values such as respect, empathy and the peaceful resolution of conflicts, through articulation with subjects such as ethics, religion and citizenship skills; managing to transform school violence through participatory, community educational processes based on the development of axiological and communicative competencies aimed at building an active citizenry committed to social justice and a culture of peace.
