The Seventh-day Adventist Church faces an alarming number of membership dropout among the youth. In the Philippines, the Northeastern Mindanao Mission (NEMM) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is also experiencing this phenomenon. In response to this problem, NEMM organized a discipleship program for the youth called the Friendship Camp, commonly called FCAMP. This camp is inspired by the concept of “growing people not programs” (Park, n.d., p. 17). However, in the past 10 years, there has been no systematic evaluation conducted to identify the impacts of the program. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the impacts of the existing youth discipleship program in NEMM. Using the qualitative approach, 9 themes were generated as the impacts of the program. The findings of the study revealed that the youth discipleship program has a positive impact on both the Adventist and the non-Adventist participants. Among others, the annual discipleship program both guided the youth toward spiritual maturity and brought an average of 600 converts yearly. Further, the findings of this study guided the development of a model for the systematic cycle of the annual youth discipleship program in NEMM. Another contribution of this study is the manual with suggested resources for the implementation of the program. This study recommends that action research be conducted every after the implementation of the program to serve as an assessment and basis for further improvement.
