To improve the international promotion of Chinese Marxism and the development of Marxism in the 21st century, an international forum was held on June 21-23, 2024. The forum was hosted by Northwestern Polytechnical University, in Xi’an, China. The theme was as follows: “International Academic Forum on the Development and Innovation of Marxism in Chinese and International Social Sciences and the Launch Seminar of the International English-Language Journal World Marxist Review.” The forum was jointly organized by: the Discipline Construction Office of Northwestern Polytechnical University; the Innovative Marxism Research Branch of the World Association of Political Economy; the Organizing Committee of the Chinese Forum on Innovative Marxism; the School of Marxism of Northwestern Polytechnical University; and the “The Research Center for Innovative Marxism and Development” of the Shaanxi (University) Key Research Base for Philosophy and Social Sciences.
