La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) en las bases de datos Scopus y WoS (estudio bibliométrico)

Abstract

El presente trabajo se ha desarrollado, con la finalidad de analizar el estudio de la producción científica sobre la “Responsabilidad Social Corporativa” en la bases de datos multidisciplinares: Web of Science (WoS) y Scopus. Se optó por estas dos bases de datos, porque son multidisciplinares, internacionales, recogen principalmente resultados producto de la investigación científica (artículos en revistas científicas) y las dos elaboran el factor de impacto de las publicaciones: Journal Citation Report (JCR) y SCImago Journal Rank (SRJ). Con este trabajo se pretende realizar una aproximación cuantitativa del conocimiento de la estructura de la producción científica sobre la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, para esto, se tomaron en cuenta las publicaciones: artículos, actas de congresos, reseñas, etc. Como método de investigación se han utilizado técnicas bibliométricas.
