Abstract

El objetivo de la presente ponencia es presentar aspectos sobre la gestión de conflictos y la mediación en las organizaciones. Además, se explicarán los orígenes de la disciplina, se especificarán los elementos que constituyen un conflicto y que hay que analizar para la realización de un diagnóstico eficaz y se presentarán las estrategias existentes para gestionar la tensión. Nos centraremos en uno de los procedimientos dialogados: la mediación. Para abordar la mediación, se informará de las dos clases de mediación aplicables al campo de las organizaciones, la mediación laboral y organizacional y su diferente regulación y características así como las actuaciones de la persona mediadora, centrándonos finalmente en el proceso de mediación empresarial u organizacional y las herramientas aplicables a este.
