Abstract

La posición jurídica del contribuyente en las relaciones electrónicas con la AET está previsto que ocupe la intervención de la profesora de Derecho Tributario Dña. Mercedes Navarro Egea y lo va a exponer con profundidad y rigor (ha tenido la amabilidad de facilitarme sus notas). Sobre la proyección de las dos leyes a los procedimientos de inspección, por razones bastante obvias lo expondrá D. Luis M.ª Sánchez González, director del Departamento de Inspección de la AET. Ello explica que mi intervención no pase de constituir un planteamiento general relativo a la modificación de nuestro ordenamiento administrativo (entendido el concepto en sentido amplio), acaecido con las dos nuevas leyes; una visión general o de conjunto, por consiguiente, obviando -salvo en algún aspecto puntual- esas dos temáticas.
