Hubungan Gaya Mengajar Guru dengan Hasil Belajar IPS

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah gaya mengajar guru, yang dapat memengaruhi pemahaman dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara gaya mengajar guru dengan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex-post facto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya mengajar interaksional merupakan metode yang paling dominan digunakan guru dan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi penerapan metode interaksional, semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk mengutamakan pendekatan interaksional guna meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian lanjutan dapat mengeksplorasi faktor eksternal lain yang memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa.
