Auge y “decadencia” de la Diplomacia digital china del guerrero lobo

Abstract

Los funcionarios chinos usan las redes sociales para proyectar su discurso en el exterior. El uso de la diplomacia del guerrero lobo promueve una imagen positiva de los logros de China y critica a Occidente mediante técnicas de desinformación y a través de las redes sociales. La asertividad china es cada vez mayor en política exterior y coordinada desde la cúpula del Partido Comunista en temas de interés nacional como Xinjiang, Taiwán y Hong Kong o en defensa de las políticas de control de la pandemia de COVID-19. Sin embargo, la dureza de la diplomacia digital podría declinar, si Beijing quiere mantener las relaciones con Occidente en un período de ajuste como el que vive.
