Abstract

Los memes de Internet se han convertido en una expresión cultural y artística de las redes sociales más populares. Los memes son expresiones gráficas acompañadas de un pequeño texto que reflejan una idea o noticia de actualidad con cierto tono humorístico que se viralizan con gran facilidad. Este artículo pretende abordar el problema de la difusión del discurso del odio a través de los memes en las redes sociales. Esta difusión del discurso del odio a través de memes es especialmente relevante en política y se analizarán algunos ejemplos significativos de memes políticos para destacar su gran influencia en la celebración de elecciones.
