Abstract

Buku saku ini berjudul "Green Logistics" yang disusun sebagai bagian dari persyaratan kelulusan Program Sarjana Terapan Manajemen Pelabuhan dan Logistik Maritim di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Buku ini membahas konsep dan penerapan logistik hijau (green logistics) dalam industri logistik maritim, yang mencakup strategi untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari distribusi barang. Dalam buku ini, dibahas definisi logistik hijau, sejarah perkembangan, manfaat, serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Optimalisasi sistem distribusi, pemilihan moda transportasi ramah lingkungan, penggunaan bahan pengemasan yang ramah lingkungan, dan penempatan pemasok yang efisien menjadi fokus utama untuk mencapai logistik yang berkelanjutan. Buku ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak dalam rantai pasok untuk mewujudkan praktik logistik hijau yang efektif dan efisien. Diharapkan buku ini dapat memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan yang berguna bagi mahasiswa dan praktisi dalam memahami dan menerapkan konsep green logistics dalam kegiatan logistik sehari-hari
