Applying the European Investigation Order to solve smuggling crime cases improves the process of obtaining evidence to prosecute people involved in illegal activities. Those people try to do things in such a way that they are not caught, usually one of the desideratum of those who commit criminal acts, acting in such a way as to make it difficult to identify and prove criminal actions, that is why, in this paper, we will try to identify investigative measures used in European Investigation Order's issuance procedure for smuggling crime investigation.
