Factores Familiares y Contextuales Vinculados con la Adquisición de la Lectoescritura en Primaria

Abstract

Este artículo examina la influencia de tres factores del entorno familiar —condiciones socioeconómicas, apoyo escolar y cultura escrita en casa— en el nivel de adquisición de la lectoescritura en estudiantes de segundo grado de primaria. El estudio se enmarca en un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño descriptivo-correlacional y método ex post facto, aplicado a una muestra no probabilística de 34 estudiantes de una escuela pública en Irapuato, Guanajuato. Se emplearon dos instrumentos: una prueba diagnóstica de lectoescritura y un cuestionario aplicado a las familias. Los resultados, analizados mediante boxplots y pruebas de correlación de Spearman, no mostraron asociaciones estadísticamente significativas entre las variables independientes y el nivel lector. Sin embargo, se identificaron tendencias positivas en la dimensión de cultura escrita, lo que sugiere una posible influencia incipiente. Los hallazgos resaltan la relevancia de considerar el contexto familiar en el desarrollo de habilidades de lectoescritura y apuntan a la necesidad de estrategias pedagógicas inclusivas que fortalezcan los vínculos entre escuela y hogar.
