Abstract

El aprendizaje autorregulado se ha consolidado como una competencia fundamental en los contextos educativos contemporáneos, especialmente ante el auge de entornos digitales y la creciente demanda de autonomía por parte del estudiante. Este artículo analiza comparativamente cinco aplicaciones digitales de uso común (Notion, Trello, My Study Life, Google Calendar y Microsoft To Do) en función de su capacidad para favorecer estrategias clave del aprendizaje autorregulado, como la planificación, el monitoreo, la gestión del tiempo, la retroalimentación y la personalización. A partir de una revisión teórica y un análisis funcional, se identifican fortalezas y limitaciones de cada herramienta en relación con las dimensiones del aprendizaje autorregulado. Los resultados evidencian que no todas las plataformas promueven este tipo de aprendizaje en igual medida, destacándose aquellas que permiten una interacción flexible y reflexiva con el proceso de estudio.
