Abstract

El siguiente trabajo tuvo como objetivo identificar agentes fitopatógenos que merman la producción de mango en San Sebastián Nopalera. El estudio se realizó en el área experimental del Instituto Tecnológico del Valle de Etla; Nodo San Sebastián Nopalera en agosto del año 2016. Se seleccionaron plantas de mango con síntomas de antracnosis, escoba de bruja, cenicilla y fumaginapara el diagnóstico de las enfermedades. Se colectaron hojas enfermas de plantas de mango. Se hizo la preparación del medio de cultivo, lavado y siembra del material vegetal, y la identificación de los hongos fitopatógenos. El estudio en campo y laboratorio confirmaron la presencia de antracnosis (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.), escoba de bruja (Fusarium Oxysporum.), cenicilla (Oidiummangiferae) y fumagina (Capnodium sp.) en plantas de mango. Las condiciones climáticas en San Sebastián Nopalera (temperaturas de 26°C y humedad relativa de 80 a 90 %) favorecen el desarrollo de los hongos fitopatógenos en estudio. Este trabajo aporta información para desarrollar programas fitosanitarios para el cultivo de mango en San Sebastián Nopalera.
