Abstract

Der Fragebogen bildet Einstellungen gegenüber Organisation, Beruf und Beschäftigungsform ab. Dabei werden die Facetten Organisationales Commitment, Berufliches Commitment, Commitment gegenüber der Beschäftigungsform (konventionelle Anstellung, Zeitarbeit, Selbständigkeit) erfasst. Der Fragebogen enthält 41 Items für die Festangestellten, 37 Items für die Zeitarbeiter und 44 Items für die Selbständigen.
