Abstract

En este ejemplar se encuentra un análisis interno y externo de la empresa Autoplast Industria Automotriz dedicada a la fabricación, diseño y comercialización de autopartes para automóviles de alta gama. A partir de esta aproximación inicial, se desarrolla un plan de marketing para contribuir a los retos de transformación y sostenibilidad financiera de la compañía.

In the following issue, there is an internal and external analysis of the company Autoplast Industria Automotriz dedicated to the manufacture and design of auto parts for high-end automobiles. Based on this initial approach, were developed a marketing plan to contribute to the transformation and financial sustainability challenges of the company.
