Relaciones interpersonales mediante el trabajo cooperativo

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue proporcionar herramientas para el desarrollo social y emocional de los estudiantes de primer grado del Colegio Hacienda Los Alcaparros, una institución educativa que promueve la formación integral basada en la ética del cuidado y la valoración de la diversidad. A través de encuestas a docentes, sociograma y observaciones en el aula, se identificaron patrones de comportamiento que afectaban las dinámicas grupales, los aislamientos de algunos niños y la dominancia de otros. En respuesta, se implementó el trabajo cooperativo como estrategia para mejorar las habilidades sociales, fomentando la cooperación, empatía, asertividad y autocontrol de los estudiantes. A lo largo de la investigación, se observó un progreso en la interacción social de los niños, con una mayor disposición a compartir ideas y trabajar en equipo. Se concluyó que el trabajo cooperativo mejora tanto las relaciones interpersonales como el rendimiento académico, por ello se recomienda el uso continuo de herramientas como el sociograma para diagnosticar las dinámicas sociales al inicio del año escolar.

The aim of this research was to provide tools for the social and emotional development of first grace students at Colegio Hacienda Los Alcaparros, an educational institution that promotes comprehensive education based on the ethics of care and the appreciation of diversity. Through teacher surveys, sociograms, and classroom observation, behavior patterns affecting group dynamics were identified, such as the isolation of some children and the dominance of others. In response, cooperative work was implemented as a strategy to enhance social skills, promoting cooperation, empathy, assertiveness and self-control among students. Throughout the intervention, progress in social interaction was observed, with greater willingness to share ideas and work has a team. It was concluded that cooperative work not only improves interpersonal relationships but also academic performance, and that the continued use of tools such as sociograms was recommended to diagnose social dynamic at the beginning of each school year.
