
In this study, the three SNPs (rs1800686, rs3765459 and rs4810485) of CD40 gene were analyzed by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) combined with next-generation sequencing methods in 476 patients with primary cervical cancer, 744 patients with SIL and 504 healthy females. Among the patients with primary cervical cancer, there were 421 patients with squamous carcinoma of cervix (SCC) and 32 patients with adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix (AUC). There were 594 patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) and 150 patients with low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) in the SIL patients.
