Abstract

In an area not exceeding 200 hectares is intended to house 20 families in individual productive plots to cultivate the land and share complementary services. The model is exemplified in Caldas Salamis (one of 47 municipalities on the list of world heritage) building infrastructure and some services but offering facilities for other activities necessary collective as orchards, work areas, housing, and areas delimited environmental protection. Besides projecting the homes of new owners with their traditional implementation scheme typical of the coffee. ; Arquitecto (a) ; Pregrado
