El derecho y la gastronomía parecen ser dos disciplinas separadas, en el presente trabajo se busca analizar la aplicación de figurar jurídicas de la propiedad industrial en la industria gastronómica. Se expondrán las diferentes alternativas que tiene un cocinero o empresario de la gastronomía para proteger jurídicamente un restaurante. ; Law and gastronomy seem to be two separate disciplines, in tihs paper we are going to analyse the application of different ways of protection of the industrial property in the restaurant industry.
