Abstract

La presente investigación busca examinar cómo se ha venido preparando el territorio para la implementación de los acuerdos de paz, específicamente desde el municipio de San José del Guaviare, donde es importante apoyar iniciativas que ayuden a promover el desarrollo socioeconómico y la convivencia pacífica ciudadana, especialmente en una región históricamente afectada por el conflicto armado, y que supone, además, una mejora en la gestión de las instituciones públicas y privadas que garanticen el ejercicio formal y legal de una sociedad democrática. Para lo anterior, la presente investigación se centra en estudiar la contribución de la gobernabilidad democrática territorial para la paz, a la implementación y consolidación del modelo de gestión pública propuesto por la Presidencia de la República para la construcción de una agenda de paz realizada desde el territorio, de forma incluyente y con amplia participación ciudadana, de acuerdo al proceso de paz intentado durante el gobierno de Andrés Pastrana y al actual firmado entre el gobierno de Juan Manuel Santos y las FARC, teniendo como punto de partida las necesidades que surgieron y han surgido de ellos, en el marco de un posible posconflicto desde una perspectiva territorial, y cómo dichas necesidades se presentan como retos en la construcción de una paz estable, que contribuya así, a la superación de las brechas territoriales que han existido en Colombia. ; The present investigation seeks to examine how the territory has been preparing for the implementation of peace agreements, specifically from the municipality of San José del Guaviare , where it is important to support initiatives that help promote socio-economic development and peaceful citizen coexistence, especially in a region historically affected by the armed conflict, and which also implies an improvement in the management of public and private institutions that guarantee the formal and legal exercise of a democratic society.
