Abstract

En el presente documento se realiza una investigación que abarca el ámbito urbano social y ambiental de la población de Bosa, localidad perteneciente a la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia. Esta localidad fue resultado del desplazamiento forzado de ciudades aledañas hacia la capital, por parte de grupos armados en épocas de violencia del país. Lo que genera falta de planeamiento del territorio y daños ambientales hacia los cuerpos de agua que atraviesan a bosa tales como el Rio Tunjuelo. Tanto en el documento escrito como en las planchas finales se muestran estadísticas y tablas de respaldo que son la base del análisis y plan de ejecución sobre este sector. La principal debilidad que se identificó en el sector fue el eje del Rio Tunjuelo como una fractura social y física que dividía las UPZ occidental y central de la localidad evidenciado en grandes diferencias en la calidad del espacio público y la calidad de vida de los habitantes. De ahí nace el concepto del proyecto ESPACIOS URBANOS VINCULANTES un gran espacio que nace en torno al rio y que pretende regenerar los espacios naturales y revitalizar los espacios existentes así mismo sectoriza los usos del territorio para hacerlo más productivo y funcional y ayudar a los habitantes a generar ganancias que mejoren su calidad de vida en base a la siembra y comercio de productos locales que a su vez ayudan a mantener el ecosistema del lugar,así mismo como principal vinculante se genera un escenario deportivo de carácter internacional que vincula el territorio en varias escalas. ; In this paper I made an investigation covering the social and environmental urban area of the town of Bosa, a town belonging to the city of Bogotá, Colombia.
