Reprodutibilidade do teste anaeróbio de Wingate em ciclistas

Abstract

O objetivo do presente estudo foi verificar a reprodutibilidade de variáveis específicas do teste anaeróbio de Wingate e de alguns marcadores fisiológicos e percetuais associados ao teste em ciclistas treinados. Quinze ciclistas do sexo masculino realizaram três testes, com intervalo mínimo de 48 horas entre cada sessão, com carga correspondente a 0.087 vezes a massa corporal de cada voluntário. Foram mensuradas a potência pico, potência média, potência mínima, índice de fadiga, frequência cardíaca, perceção subjetiva de esforço e concentração de lactato. Foi verificada a normalidade dos dados, aplicada Anova One Way para medidas repetidas, com post-hoc de Tukey, foi utilizado o coeficiente de correlação intraclasse e a técnica de concordância de Bland-Altman. Não foram encontradas diferenças significativas na potência pico, índice de fadiga, concentração de lactato, frequência cardíaca e perceção subjetiva de esforço entre os testes. Destas, a potência pico, frequência cardíaca e perceção subjetiva de esforço apresentaram valores elevados e significativos de coeficiente de correlação intraclasse entre cada teste e entre os três testes (variando entre .797 e .975). Ainda, a potência pico apresentou boa concordância entre os testes através da técnica de Bland-Altman. Em suma, o teste anaeróbio de Wingate apresentou alta reprodutibilidade para a potência pico, a frequência cardíaca e a perceção subjetiva de esforço em ciclistas treinados.
