EXPERIÊNCIA DA HOSPITALIDADE DIVINA

Abstract

Apesar de os sacrifícios serem parte fundamental do culto no antigo Israel, a análise do culto no Antigo Testamento depende de uma visão mais ampla dos seus rituais de adoração. Neste artigo apresento um estudo do sistema sacrifical do antigo Israel, especialmente a partir de Levítico 1–7. Tendo como fundamento uma análise exegética e teológica dos textos bíblicos, apresento a possibilidade de uma teologia “implícita” da adoração do Antigo Testamento, seguindo métodos da teoria do ritual e de um princípio organizador: hospitalidade divina. Concluo o artigo com implicações éticas e teológicas resultantes dessa análise.
