MODELADO DE UN COLECTOR SOLAR DE PLACAS PLANAS EN EL ALTIPLANO ECUATORIANO

Abstract

Se modela un colector solar de placas planas fijo, bajo condiciones fisicas y meteorologicas tipicas del altiplano Ecuatoriano, en la ciudad de Riobamba, con posicion geografica 1° 58`58 ``S de latitud y 78° 39`33 ``O de longitud y 2750 m de altura respecto al nivel del mar, en el callejon Interandino de la Serrania Ecuatoriana, en el diseno del colector solar se basa en ecuaciones de transferencia de calor y balances de energia, que permite simular el comportamiento del aire dentro del colector, se ejecuta el calculo teorico de la temperatura de salida y eficiencia del colector solar mediante un programa desarrollado en Matlab 2010, cuyos resultados se verifican con un prototipo construido con este fin, en el cual se han ubicado sensores que permiten controlar basicamente la temperatura del aire, humedad y velocidad del aire.
